Detailed Job Overview
As a Bike Rider for our delivery operations, you will be a key point of contact between our
company and our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure swift, accurate, and
customer-friendly delivery of items (such as food orders, packages, or important documents) to
various locations across Doha and neighboring regions in Qatar. This role demands a strong sense
of responsibility, excellent time management, and safe driving habits to meet delivery deadlines
and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key aspects of the role include:
Timely Deliveries: You will plan routes and use navigation tools or apps to complete deliveries efficiently, ensuring packages arrive on or before promised deadlines. Customer Engagement: As the face of our company, you will handle direct interactions with customers—answering basic inquiries, providing delivery updates, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering to local traffic laws and company safety protocols is essential to protect yourself, other road users, and the integrity of the deliveries. Vehicle Care: You will be expected to perform routine checks on your bike—such as tire pressure, brakes, and fluid levels—to guarantee safe operation and minimize potential breakdowns.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and time logs is important for internal tracking and performance evaluations. Coordination & Teamwork: You will collaborate with dispatchers, team leads, and other riders to handle pickup schedules, manage last-minute or urgent orders, and share feedback for process improvements.
